MiniSell modules
MiniSell is a modular application, allowing you to choose which modules are relevant to your business and specific teams. This allows for scaleability and strategic deployment.
Sales Orders

Flexible and rapid sales order capture via barcode scanning, product listing, templates/pantry lists and product images. Orders captured on the HHT replicate your head office pricing. At the end of order delivery costs are calculated, an electronic signature can be captured and a copy of the order can either be printed out and/or be emailed to customer/rep.
Price Matrix
- The MiniSell price matrix allows the HHT to manage complicated order line price calculation, replicating those set-up on your head office ERP, this includes mulitple price lists, multi currency, discount by product/group/category/range/brand, customer special prices, accumulative price break/discounts, BOGOF, BUYGET, promotions, buying groups, end of order discounts, best price hunt etc.
Customers and Prospects
- Easy access to customer details throughout application. This typically includes: contact details, financials, order history, open items/statement, and undispatched orders. By default each rep only receives their territory data, although 'shares' can be enabled for managers and agencies. Reps can also maintain their own electronic customer record card with details such as buyer, opening/closing times, competitors etc.
DataBridge
- Deployed either as a hosted service (ASP) or a dedicated inhouse server, the DataBridge is the middleware interface between your back office ERP application and the HHTs in the field. It has a number of functions, including: parameter maintenance, online reporting, communications, data and import/export adaption. See DataBridge site page.
Product Browser
- Detailed product records including images, accessed via intelligent search facilities and drill down. All user has the ability to sort by any product attribute to produce the required listing.
Appointments/Call
- Predefined call cycles or rep maintained appointments by customer, converted into Calls with start/end time and GPS tracking.
Exhibition/Showroom Order Processing
- Capture orders for any customer, prospect or territory, with performance reporting and wireless printing.
Product Template/Pantry Lists and Instore Counts
- Access and sell promotional and point of sale packs. Also includes 'Stock On Order' and 'Vendor Stock Management' features.
Document Printing
- Provide customers with order receipts, undespatched order updates, statements etc.

Uplifts/Credits
- Process product returns via barcode or product listing for immediate pickup or via courier.
Payment Processing
- Capture customer payment details and relay to head office.
Questionnaires/Surveys
- Allow your sales team to carry our onsite surveys via easy input forms, with head office analysis and reporting.
LiveSync
- Send and receive data over any Internet connection; WiFi, 3G, GPRS, ADSL, Bluetooth etc

- Dedicated customer website providing answers to frequently answered questions, software upgrades, drivers and other useful data.

- Low cost, pick and choose functionality including; email order confirmation, make telephone call direct from customer record, GPS tracking.
