As if by magic, Spring Fair 2015 has crept up on us and we have completed the first day of the show. After the Saturday tradition of setting off from the Aspin offices mid morning, stopping for lunch on the A34 and arriving to set up shop at 2pm, the stand build went fairly smoothly.
Our clients receive ongoing support and value from Aspin – which means once the project has gone live and the Aspin products have become an integral part of our client’s order taking process, we are still at the fore providing support and continually reviewing and developing our products and services.
How do we maintain our support and service?
If we could have a pound for every scanner beep we have heard on entering trade shows in these last few weeks, we’d all be in the Caribbean by now. But we’re not – we’re out and about supporting our wonderful clients who process order after order through our software solutions at various trade exhibitions and out in the field around the world. With their impressive array of stands, products and staff, it is always nice to catch up with customers and strengthen working relationships.
Caroline Gardner have released a video showing their busy stand at the Top Drawer, London exhibition in Earls Courts, earlier this year. Here at Aspin, we were delighted to see PixSell become an integral part of the Caroline Gardner sales order processing both on the road and at trade shows, featured in this promotional video. The PixSell catalogue and ordering app has enabled the prestigious greeting card and stationery distributor to equip their sales agents with crucial information such as product stock levels, and the ability to process trade show orders before the customer has even left the stand. “PixSell greatly increases our customer service and improves lead times on orders and enquiries. We would highly recommend PixSell to companies similar to ourselves – with a large product offering”, Caroline Gardner say of our iPad ordering system.
Day 4 is upon us and Aspin have been catching up with some of their clients using PixSell at the show.
Enesco describe themselves as Aspin advocates as 2014 sees twelve years of solid partnership between both companies. Christine Jones at Enesco has described PixSell to be “not just an order taking tool, but a selling tool”, enriched with visual aids and the ability to showcase all products on the stand and within the Enesco catalogue. Having migrated to PixSell in time for Spring Fair 2014, Enesco suggest that Aspin software dramatically improves order turnaround as orders are directly imported into their ERP system. Aspin wish Enesco a successful show at Spring Fair and at Ambiente, Frankfurt and look forward to many more years working together.
