Taking customer photos with PixSell iPad ordering
Last week we discussed the Activities Module within the PixSell app and how sales reps can organise their daily activities and sales visits with the powerful diary planning tool. This week we will take this one step further and show you the photo capture tool that can easily be enabled by contacting us.
Attaching photos to sales activities
PixSell uses the iPad’s in-built camera, so there’s no need to take photos with a mobile or carry a camera….PixSell makes the whole process seamless. Reps can take photos of shop fronts, store rooms, shop windows, point of sale displays or areas within the store to assist with any negotiations or compliance issues that may occur. Perhaps there has been a pre-agreed area within the store for a POS display, which needs to be captured for evidence, or perhaps a POS display has been damaged and this needs to be communicated to head office….whatever the reason, PixSell gives your team the tools for the job.
Using Dropbox to share photos with head office staff
Images taken by your sales reps are saved against the customer account on PixSell and also sent to a corporate Dropbox account that can be accessed by those who need to see them at head office.
