With the exception of our brilliant support staff, it has been shut down here at Aspin over the Christmas period and so today is our first opportunity to wish you all Happy New Year! Spring Fair 2015 is less than one month away and our focus in January will be to finalise arrangements for the show, securing appointments with our clients and prospective clients to discuss iPad ordering for sales reps and B2B trade eCommerce.
It’s Christmas Jumper Day here at Aspin to raise money for the charity ‘Save the Children’. Everyone’s looking colourful and festive, even our very own Dave in the middle! To find out more about Christmas Jumper Day and the work Save the Children do, head on over to http://jumpers.savethechildren.org.uk. Now for a lovely, Christmassy picture of us in our Christmas Jumpers… !
On Friday 5th December, Aspin threw an ‘Apres Ski’ party in aid of Macmillan Cancer. This is Macmillan’s current seasonal fundraising scheme and it followed on from our Macmillan coffee morning in September, nicely. With our hats scarves, ski goggles, and some brave souls in salopettes whilst the heating was on, we enjoyed a Christmas inspired buffet and a raffle and raised £91.50 for Macmillan. Enjoy our photos!
Keep an eye out on our blog and social media sites and let us know if you spot anything odd tomorrow.
In the meantime, we’re off to source some apples for tomorrow’s apple bobbing contest in the office.
Oh, and if it amuses you – there will be plenty of fancydress at Aspin tomorrow – spooktacular!
We threw a little lunchtime bash on Friday to celebrate our turning 30. Many thanks to all that attended to wish us well, helped us raise £100.50 for Macmillan Cancer and of course, congratulations to our raffle winners – Allan Brown, Jim Edmunds and Rob Lindsay. Without further ado, here is our party in pictures….
It’s our 30th birthday today! Happy birthday to us! We are just putting the finishing touches to our birthday lunch plans and admiring how smart we all look. The theme for today is blue and silver, in line with our commemorative logo and the decorations are looking a little something like this…
