With the 2016 International Spring Fair at the Birmingham NEC being the Show’s 40th anniversary, it has prompted Aspin’s Chairman John Aspin to reflect back over the many Februarys since 1976, during which time he has been associated with the annual Spring Fair show and the Giftware and Housewares trade sectors.
Aspin have got double the excitement at Spring Fair 2016 next February. Not only will we be launching our new SkooCloud digital asset and product information management tool on our stand – but we’ll sponsoring the Housewares Innovation Awards. This is an incredible honour for Aspin to be supporting our clients in the housewares industry, some of which are nominees in several categories.
Day five, the final day dawned and passed. For most exhibitors, this is a very long day, the show may finish at four o’clock on the last day but there is then a stand to dismantle and the journey home from Birmingham – thank goodness for that curry house in Bicester on the way home!
Day four was another day full of promising enquiries, PixSell demonstrations and even more opportunities to support our many customers using PixSell to take orders on their stands. It really is great to see you all and to hear how you are getting on with it – each Aspin client has their own set of requirements and need different configurations within the PixSell app.
Whilst many parts of the UK woke up to a blanket of snow, the Aspin gang were more than happy with a breakfast of pancakes and coffee – and a few flakes on the cars! Monday turned out to be a cracking second day here at Spring Fair and we owe a big thanks to our clients – they are just so complimentary about us and our products.
As if by magic, Spring Fair 2015 has crept up on us and we have completed the first day of the show. After the Saturday tradition of setting off from the Aspin offices mid morning, stopping for lunch on the A34 and arriving to set up shop at 2pm, the stand build went fairly smoothly.
Our clients receive ongoing support and value from Aspin – which means once the project has gone live and the Aspin products have become an integral part of our client’s order taking process, we are still at the fore providing support and continually reviewing and developing our products and services.
